We take care to keep this website accurate, but property details, area guides, calculators and guidance are provided for general information only. Example properties shown before we have live listings are clearly labelled as such and are not real instructions.
Content covering law, such as our Renters’ Rights Act guides, is general guidance, not legal advice, and we link to official GOV.UK sources throughout. Legislation and guidance can change; always check the current position before relying on it for a specific decision, and take independent legal advice for anything contentious or unusual.

Submitting a form on this site is an enquiry, not an instruction to act and not a binding agreement of any kind. Any valuation given is an initial, non-binding opinion. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract exists between us until terms are agreed in writing and, where required, signed by both parties.
Our fees for any service are always agreed in writing before we begin work, and nothing is added afterwards without your agreement.
