What we collect when you use this website, why, and what rights you have over it.
The short answer
We collect only what a form on this site asks you for: your name, contact details and the details of your enquiry. We use it to respond to you and, where you instruct us, to provide our services. We do not sell your data, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office as a data controller, registration reference ZB773808. This means we decide how and why your personal data is processed, and we are accountable to the ICO for it.
02
We only collect personal data you give us directly, through a form on this website or by contacting us another way. Depending on which form you use, this may include:
We do not ask for, and you should never send us, sensitive information such as bank details, passwords or ID document numbers through a website contact form.
03
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, arrange valuations and viewings, and, where you go on to instruct us, to provide the sale, letting, management or other service you have asked for. Our lawful bases for this are:
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
04
When you submit a form on this site, it is sent by email to our team. Until our email provider is fully configured, submissions are also recorded in our hosting provider’s private function logs so that no enquiry is lost; these logs are not public and are not used for any purpose beyond responding to you. Once our provider is fully configured, this fallback stops being used.
Where a property address is checked against the postcode you provide, this is done via postcodes.io, a free public UK postcode lookup service. Only the postcode text you have already typed is sent; no other personal data is shared with that service.
05
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share it with:
We do not currently use any third-party analytics or advertising services on this website. If that changes, this policy and our Cookie Policy will be updated first, and a consent mechanism added.
06
Enquiry details from forms are kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, where relevant, for a limited period afterwards in case you follow up. Where you become a client, records are kept for the periods required by property law, tax law and our anti-money-laundering obligations, which is typically several years after a transaction or tenancy ends. We do not keep personal data indefinitely.
07
Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased where there is no good reason for us to keep it, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to us directly, or to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy as our services, and the tools behind this website, change. The version on this page is always the current one.
