Landlord fees at Rowe & Hart are agreed in writing before you instruct us, with nothing added later. Each service tier has a clearly explained fee structure, and Guaranteed Rent is quoted individually for your property.
A one-off fee for finding and referencing a tenant.
An ongoing percentage-based fee covering tenant find and rent collection.
An ongoing percentage-based fee covering end-to-end management.
A bespoke arrangement: quoted individually based on your property.
