How do you reference tenants?
Every applicant goes through full referencing: identity, right-to-rent, credit, employment and previous-landlord checks before any tenancy is agreed.
Who protects the tenant's deposit?
Deposits are protected in a government-approved scheme within the statutory deadline, with the prescribed information served correctly.
What does Guaranteed Rent mean?
You receive a fixed monthly amount regardless of voids or arrears, under a bespoke agreement quoted for your property. Ask us for a written illustration.
