Raise your complaint through our contact form or in writing to Rowe & Hart, 12 Marshgate Lane, London E15 2NH. Include what happened, when, and what you would like us to do about it.
You will receive a written acknowledgement within three working days, telling you who is handling your complaint.
A senior member of the team reviews the file. You receive a full written response within fifteen working days. If we need longer, we tell you why and when to expect our answer.
If you are not satisfied with our response, tell us. We will issue a final viewpoint letter setting out our position clearly.
Independent redress.Rowe & Hart is a member of the Property Redress Scheme, membership number PRS044971. If you remain dissatisfied after our final viewpoint, or more than eight weeks have passed since you first complained, you can refer your complaint to the scheme free of charge within twelve months at theprs.co.uk.
