Do I have to use the Silent Market?+

No. It is one of five routes to sale. Many sellers prefer full open-market exposure; we will recommend the route that fits your priorities, not ours.

How long does selling take?+

It varies with the property, price and route to sale, so we won't quote a universal number. At valuation we'll give you an honest view for your specific home and local market.

What do I need before going on the market?+

Proof of identity, an Energy Performance Certificate, and ideally your title documents. We walk you through all of it at the valuation.
